Fountain in a Box

Why did someone put this fountain in a box? It’s been bothering me since Belgrade, and my art historical brain takes it back to Dada and Duchamp.

Like they said in the Tootsie Pop commercial, the world will probably never know. Considered it your unsolved mystery for the day.
